10,000 s.f. interior fit out in the base of an office tower at University and Wellington in downtown Toronto.
Project required a stand alone mechanical system including an ecology system and a cooling tower located in the basement.
A “green” project with materials sourced from sustainable sources, living green wall installed above bar, energy efficient lighting, full acoustic isolation from the rest of the office tower.
